PRICE RATE FOR A ROAD SECTION WITHOUT CARGO, when the vehicle leaves its base location to the loading location specified by the customer and returns from the unloading location specified by the customer to the vehicle's base location via the shortest route.
PRICE RATE FOR A ROAD SECTION WITH SMALL CARGO, when the vehicle is transporting from the loading point specified by the customer to the unloading point, if the cargo to be transported consists of 1-10 items that are easy for one person to load (for example, several small pieces of furniture) or up to 3 larger items that are easy for two people to load (for example, a washing machine, a table).
PRICE RATE FOR A ROAD SECTION WITH LARGE CARGO, when the vehicle is transporting from the loading point specified by the customer to the unloading point, if the cargo to be transported consists of more than 10 items that are easy for one person to load (for example, small furniture) or more than 3 larger items that are easy for two people to load (for example, a washing machine, a table), or more in number, or larger and heavier items (for example, moving from one home or office to another).
The transportation fee calculation includes: transportation, fuel, Latvian road toll (vignette). Special entry or parking fees, if required, may be charged separately. Distance is calculated from the moment Atvedīsim.lv vehicle leaves the base location (Rīgas iela 24, Salaspils) until it returns to the base location.
The final transportation cost is determined only after specifying a specific departure and destination address and a route calculation performed by Atvedīsim.lv. The unilateral calculation of the price by the client according to the specified price rates can only be indicative. All costs are agreed with the client before the service is provided.
STANDARD LABOUR RATE: the time spent on providing the service (excluding transportation in a vehicle) – packing, dismantling, carrying, loading, securing the cargo, unloading, unpacking and assembly at the destination, use of equipment and tools intended for simplified assembly and disassembly or moving, lifting operations, provision of simplified additional services.
SPECIFIC LABOR RATE: the time spent on providing a cabinetmaker, fitter or specialized service (excluding transportation in a vehicle) – complete disassembly and assembly of large closets, sections, disassembly and assembly of built-in furniture or specific equipment, such as exercise machines, moving particularly heavy objects, such as pianos or safes.
STANDARD LABOUR RATE: the time spent on providing the service (excluding transportation in a vehicle) – packing, dismantling, carrying, loading, securing the cargo, unloading, unpacking and assembly at the destination, use of equipment and tools intended for simplified assembly and disassembly or moving, lifting operations, provision of simplified additional services.
SPECIFIC LABOR RATE: the time spent on providing a cabinetmaker, fitter or specialized service (excluding transportation in a vehicle) – complete disassembly and assembly of large closets, sections, disassembly and assembly of built-in furniture or specific equipment, such as exercise machines, moving particularly heavy objects, such as pianos or safes.
The standard work rate calculation also includes downtime at the work site if it occurs due to the client's fault or failure to notify in a timely manner and Atvedīsim.lv did not have effective means to prevent the aforementioned downtime in accordance with the agreed scope of work.
The scope of standard and specific work are specified by the client in advance by consulting with Atvedīsim.lv representative - by agreeing on how many employees will be required, whether it will be necessary to disassemble and assemble furniture so that it can be moved, whether it needs to be packed, unpacked, or wrapped in film. If the scope of work is not large or specific, the client can entrust the Atvedīsim.lv team with making such decisions on site during the relocation process, according to situation. The hourly rates for standard and specific work are summed up due to the actual working hours for each type of work.
If a specific scope of work is expected, a free inspection of the premises and movable items is provided, if necessary, for both for individuals and companies, in order to prepare for the work to be performed as best as possible. If a company or institution is expected to move, a free inspection of the office premises and movable items and consultation is provided, if necessary, to develop an effective and coordinated relocation plan.

One-time introductory discount of 50,00 Eur of the total price, exceeding 190,00 Eur (excluding VAT) for individuals and companies. The discount is applied to a client who, before the service is provided, has published his "Like" and "Share" on the Atvedīsim.lv's Facebook or Instagram social network profile, and has committed to publishing an honest review about Atvedīsim.lv service on the company's Facebook profile or Google (Google reviews section) after receiving the service.
Cargo transportation that has been agreed upon for additional discount within the framework of combining routes at least 7 days before the transportation, a 15% discount is applied to the transportation fee. In case we are unable to combine the route with other transportation on the specific route during this time, Atvedīsim.lv guarantees you a 10% price reduction. Neither the 15% discount nor the 10% price reduction is applied to the labor hourly rate.
The amount of the applicable discount and the price offer for orders from legal entities may be based on individually agreed terms of cooperation, therefore it depends on the type, volume, regularity of the order and may differ from the mentioned transportation, standard and special labor price rates.
